I use prepaid credit cards http://tinyurl.com/nvjgmg and MagicJack $12 a year phone http://tinyurl.com/luj7ms So I avoid to avoid credit card debt and have a cheap phone service to avoid harassing calls.

Hey thanks for commenting. That’s a pretty tough stance.
Let me do a little follow up; in the video I say not paying can lead to them suing you and a “judgment” being awarded in their favor. But PRIOR to that is a great deal time to contact them and say “let’s make a deal”. Not the first few months though-they’re still too arrogant that early but they’ll be ready to talk later. I closed out 2 MAJOR 10,000 accounts at 15 percent the original bill. 150 bucks for 10K. No judgment, no bankruptcy.

Credit cards are not secured by your house or car. They can not take them.
THE MOB charged outrageous fees and that was called Usury….a crime.
I stopped paying 2 years. My phone number is my computer line…always on.
Do not talk to them. Do not write them.
That will say that you do owe it. They will call to harras you endlessly….then a collection agency. This is called SURVIVAL. Charge up any you have left and buy food. So what about your FICO credit rating!
